We are Clarke HR Consulting, an independent HR Consultancy business, based in Yorkshire, offering a full range of HR support, Training and NLP based interventions.

How we work, and who we work with.

We understand that many businesses don’t have a HR person, and probably don’t need one. But they do need someone to call when they have a question, an issue comes up, or they just feel like the contract they found on the internet may not be quite the ticket after all…

That’s were we come in, we work with small and medium sized businesses on a retained, ‘on call’ or one-off basis, whatever works for you.

We’ve developed something of a track record in working with start-ups who share our vision of getting the people stuff right from the start, building policies, handbooks and working practices that truly reflect their values, helping them to attract, train and retain the people that help to make their business great.

When doing your day job helps someone else to get their dream off the ground, well that’s a very good day in the office.

Our people and our skills

We have access to a network of skilled and experienced HR and L&D associates who help us to deliver to our clients, whatever the scale of the issue, ensuring that they’re never stuck waiting for an answer.

With 20+ years of corporate HR and L&D experience in public and private sector organisations we cover the full remit of HR activity from bringing in and bringing on talent to exiting poor performing staff and dealing with complex misconduct and disciplinary issues.

Keeping up to date

We practice what we preach ensuring that we and our associates have up to date knowledge in their fields and maintain membership of the relevant professional body.

  • Current Chartered MCIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) membership, full CIPD qualifications and active CPD ensures that HR advice is up to date and meets all employment legislation requirements.
  • Master Practitioner NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Practitioner NLP along with membership of ANLP is major tool in our approach to both HR and Developmental interventions, used well it provides solutions that create real and long lasting change.

Building a relationship

We believe in building a relationship with our clients, getting to know them and their business and working transparently with them to find the best, and most cost-effective solutions. The side benefit is we always get a warm and enjoyable working relationship from this approach, we like working with our clients and they like working with us.
